Community Based Health Education

Dr. McDade is a public health practitioner, certified health education specialist (CHES®) with  a doctoral degree in Health Education. Dr. McDade educates both individuals and communities on how to implement positive health behavior change, and seeks to promote wellness via program creation, implementation and program evaluation.

Dr. McDade utilizes a variety of sub-disciplines, including health psychology, health promotion and education, human anatomy and physiology to provide an engaging, fun and culturally competent programmatic experience. Individuals will walk away with the skills and education needed to achieve and maintain optimal health.
